I just wanted to write a quick post to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving! In this life it is very easy to overlook all of our blessings, so on this day I ask that you join me in just being grateful for all that we have. We really should be doing this on a daily basis, but sometimes we just need a little push! 🙂 Hopefully you all get to enjoy this day with your family, but even if you don’t, just know that you are being thought of and loved from afar.
Nothing, just living life! LOL. In all seriousness, I have felt unsure about what to do with my blog for quite awhile now! I’m still not sure, but I am planning to just do me over here on this blog. Sometimes I may be posting about beauty, sometimes about fashion, and sometimes about mom life. Sometimes, it may just be me rambling!
If you are reading this, then thanks for opening up that notification to see what I posted. Thanks for sticking around! I can’t wait to get back to interacting with you all on this level! I hope that you end up liking the new content that I have coming up!
As I’m writing this, it is the last day of 2017. For me 2017 was a rollercoaster, having many (many!) ups and downs. Among other things, I was blessed this year with the birth of my daughter, Chloe. But, I have to admit that I experienced the roughest periods of my life as well. That’s why I’m excited to be closing out 2017 and starting anew in 2018. I have faith that this year will be a year of bigger and better things for my family. 2017 taught me to appreciate all that I have been blessed with and really helped me to realize what really matters in life. I learned some hard lessons this year, but overall, I think that it has made me stronger.
With that being said, I am ready for 2018! I can’t wait to see the blessings that God has for my family! I feel like He was just getting us ready to be able to receive the abundance of blessings that are for us in 2018. I plan on making this upcoming year a great one and I hope you do too! Remember that our circumstances may be tough at times, but those tough times help shape us into who we are supposed to be.
Thanks for continuing to support me not only on this blog, but on all my social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook). I may not have a large following, but I love that you all that have been around for years are still here and always have a kind word! Thank you for that. I know it may sound cliche, but you never know what someone may be going through, so kind words may be just what they need in that moment.
Here’s to an amazing 2018 for all of us! Happy New Year!
So I know this post has absolutely NOTHING to do with beauty, but it is something that I wanted to share with you all. For those of you who know me personally, I’m sure you already know about this, but I hadn’t previously shared it on my blog or social media. My husband and I are now business owners! We recently opened our first location of Club Pilates. Our grand opening will be held this weekend, February 18th & 19th. If you live in the Tampa Bay area, make sure to book a free demo session so you can check us out! Also if you are wondering, yes I have been doing pilates while pregnant and it has really helped with the back and leg pains that I was having. I take classes with everyone else and the teachers modify the exercises based on what I feel comfortable with and what is safe during pregnancy!
So, if you are in the area, I would love to see you at the Grand Opening! You can book your free session by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 813-773-3880! Spots are filling up quickly, so book today!
I’ve been decluttering my makeup collection so I recently just added quite a few items to my Blog Sale page. Check it out!

The warmer temperatures of Summer always make me want to try out different bronzers and/or shimmer products for the face and body! Something about the season just makes me want to glow (even more so than usual)! Hence, my newest beauty purchase, the Giorgio Armani Maestro Liquid Summer. Keep reading for more!
Foundation is one of my number 1 makeup loves! I love trying different ones and because of that, I have found quite a few that I’m fond of. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to figure out what foundation will hold up in the hot weather and manage to still feel good on the skin. Check out my top foundation picks for the summer! For reference, my skin is pretty normal these days with most of my oil being in my t-zone.
I have been majorly absent from my blog lately. Last fall I went MIA and this year I started back posting, but have since fallen off. I have thought about blogging a lot, but just never was able to make myself do it. Life has been complicated this past year!
I’ve been going through my makeup drawers and found some stuff to add to my blog sale that either didn’t work out for me or I just never reach for. All items are new or gently used. Check out the updated sale HERE! I will be adding a few handbags within the next week, but I will be sure to let you know when I do.
