Juliette Has A Gun is a niche perfume brand that was made popular by the infamous Not A Perfume. Today, I will be reviewing a less popular one from the brand, Sunny Side Up. Keep reading for my full thoughts!
What do you all think of this bottle? I love it! Most of the Juliette Has A Gun fragrances are in this same type of bottle, but in different colors and or patterns. I think this one looks chic and a little quirky. I like it!
Top: amyris, jasmine, vanilla absolute
Mid: sandalwood, orris root, jasmine, coconut milk
Base: ambrette, iso e super
This fragrance smells like nothing else in my collection. It is creamy, slightly sweet, and very comforting. I mainly smell sandalwood in this, but I also smell the iso e super. It gives it this very airy quality that is unexplainable.
Now if you are looking for a super projecting fragrance, this is not it. Sunny Side Up is more of a personal scent that I catch little whiffs of though the day, but I doubt that anyone else can smell it on me unless they are all up in my personal space.
Although this is a soft fragrance, I find that it lasts at least 6 hours on me. I do catch little whiffs of it, but it is one that I can forget that I’m wearing.
Overall, Sunny Side Up is a hit for me, but I don’t think it will be for everyone. If you’re interested, try to get a sample and see if it works for you!
