Urban Decay Smoked Eyeshadow Palette is supposed to give you the tools to perfect the smokey eye. The palette comes with 10 eyeshadows, a full sized 24-7 Glide-On eye pencil in Preversion, a mini Eyeshadow Primer Potion, and an instruction booklet for $49.
The instruction booklet has 12 different looks that you can achieve by using this palette alone. Rockstar is one of the looks described in the booklet that is basically a purple smokey eye. I decided to give it a try, and I like the way it turned out!
